2A:20-10.Ā Discharge as immunity from imprisonment
Every insolvent debtor, who has given up all his estate and conformed in allĀ things to the directions of this subtitle, shall, so far as regards the imprisonment of his person, forever thereafter be discharged from all debts dueĀ at the time of the assignment, or contracted for before that time, though payable afterwards.
