2A:28-2.Ā Duties and powers of commissioners
Before entering upon their duties the commissioners shall take and subscribeĀ an oath that they and each of them will fairly and impartially and to the bestĀ of their judgment ascertain the true location of the lines in dispute.Ā TheĀ commissioners may enter upon any lands for the purpose of ascertaining andĀ deciding the location of the disputed lines, and they shall have power toĀ examine witnesses under oath and to inquire fully into the questions inĀ dispute.Ā The commissioners shall file a report thereof with the court withinĀ such time as the court shall prescribe and, unless otherwise ordered by theĀ court, the report shall be final and conclusive against all of the parties andĀ their heirs and assigns.
