2A:40-7.Ā Discovery of money or property lost at gaming
Every person who, under this chapter, shall or may be liable to be sued forĀ moneys or other things so won, paid or deposited, as aforesaid, shall makeĀ discovery pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction eitherĀ before or after action is commenced, concerning the money or other things soĀ won, paid or deposited.
