2A:42-95.Ā Compensation of administrator;Ā bond
The court may allow from the rent moneys or security on deposit a reasonableĀ amount for the services of an administrator appointed under the provisions ofĀ this act.Ā The administrator so appointed shall furnish a bond, the amount andĀ form of which shall be approved by the court.Ā The cost of such bond shall beĀ paid from the moneys so deposited.
