2A:44-62.Ā Lien not enforceable against vessel seized under process of United States courts No proceeding had under this article to enforce a lien shall be had againstĀ a vessel seized by virtue of process issuing from a United States court havingĀ admiralty jurisdiction while the vessel is actually held under such seizure,Ā nor against a vessel sold by order of such court except for debts contractedĀ after the sale.Ā Nothing in this section shall be construed to impair theĀ validity of a lien created by this article, the payment of which shall beĀ ordered, adjudged or decreed by a court of the United States.
