2A:47-3.Ā Record of judgment;Ā operation and effect
A certified copy of any judgment establishing the existence of an instrumentĀ relating to real property shall be recorded in the office of the county clerkĀ or register of deeds, as the case may be, of the county wherein the realĀ property is situate.Ā Such record shall, from and after the date thereof, beĀ notice, and a certified copy of such record shall be received in evidence asĀ fully as the original deed or instrument would be if produced or proven.
