2A:53A-24. Terms defined 
4. The terms "conduct" and "offense" shall have the meaning provided in N.J.S.2C:1-14.  The term "juvenile" shall have the meaning provided in section 24 of P.L.1982, c.77 (C.2A:4A-43).
