2A:54A-5.Ā Penalty
Whenever a permanent injunction is issued pursuant to the provisions of thisĀ amendatory and supplementary act, a penalty of not less than $300.00 nor moreĀ than $1,000.00 shall be imposed upon the person maintaining the nuisance.
