2A:56-20.Ā Proceedings to obtain moneys deposited pursuant to section 2A:56-19
When money is deposited in the court pursuant to section 2A:56-19 of this title, the court may in a summary action brought by a party in interest, eitherĀ owner or encumbrancer, direct payment to him of so much thereof as he shallĀ claim.Ā Notice of the action shall be served upon each owner of an encumbranceĀ and, if the plaintiff is an encumbrancer, upon the owner of the share.
