2A:61-6.Ā Publication of notices of adjournments;Ā fee
If a sale of real estate governed by this chapter is adjourned for more thanĀ 1 week, notice thereof shall be published once within 1 week after the date ofĀ the adjournment in the newspapers in which the original notice of the sale wasĀ published unless the original advertisement of the sale specifically reservedĀ the right to adjourn the sale, in which case no further notice need beĀ published.Ā The adjournment notice need only consist of a statement of the parties to the cause and the time and place to which the sale is adjourned. InĀ publishing any adjournment it shall not be necessary to continue the publication of the original advertisement of the sale.
