2A:62-26.Ā  Tender or payment into court not required;Ā  terms upon which grant or conveyance set aside
The attorney general need not, on behalf of the state, make or offer to makeĀ  any tender or payment into court, either on or before filing the complaint.Ā  IfĀ  the judgment of the court is in favor of the state, the court shall determineĀ  upon what equitable terms the grant or conveyance in fee shall be set aside andĀ  declared of no effect.
