2A:65A-4.Ā Severability
If any part of this act shall be invalid, such holding shall not affect theĀ validity of the remaining parts of this act.Ā If a part of this act is invalidĀ in one or more of its applications, the remaining parts of this act shallĀ remain in effect in all valid applications that are severable from the invalidĀ application.
