2A:82-21.Ā Rerecords of instruments and certified transcripts thereof as evidence
The rerecord of any instrument rerecorded in any public office of this stateĀ pursuant to law, and a transcript of such rerecord, certified to be a trueĀ transcript by the officer in whose office the same is so rerecorded, under hisĀ hand and the seal of his office, if there is such a seal, shall be receivableĀ in evidence in any court or proceeding in this state in the same manner andĀ with the same force and effect as the original record of such instrument or aĀ transcript thereof.
