2B:11-10. Reimbursement for premium charges for Part A of MedicareĀ 
10.Ā  Any transferred employee who:

Ā 

a. was a member of a county pension fund or retirement system on December 31, 1994;Ā 

b. retires from employment as a State judicial employee;

Ā 

c. is eligible for and receives State payment of the premium or periodic charges for health care benefits after retirement; andĀ 

d. pays the premium charges under Part A and Part B of the federal Medicare program covering the retirant and the retirant's spouse,Ā 

hall be reimbursed by the State for the premium charges under Part A.
