2C:40-8.Ā Label cautioning and informing user
A portable, oil-burning heating device shall not be sold, offered for sale,Ā or used in this State unless a label is affixed to the device cautioning andĀ informing the user concerning:
a.Ā The amount and source of ventilation that is adequate when the device isĀ in operation;
b.Ā The type of fuel that should be used in the device;
c.Ā The steps that should be followed in order to refuel the device safely;
d.Ā The proper placement and handling of the device when it is in operationĀ to prevent fire, burns, and other safety hazards;
e.Ā The proper procedures for lighting the device and regulating and extinguishing the flame.
