2C:52-9 - Order fixing time for hearing
2C:52-9.Ā Order fixing time for hearing Upon the filing of a petition for relief pursuant to this chapter, the courtĀ shall, by order, fix a time not less than 35 nor more than 60 days thereafterĀ for hearing of the matter.
