2C:64-9.Ā Forfeited weapons with military value;Ā donation to National GuardĀ Militia Museum Any weapon with present or historical military value that has been forfeitedĀ pursuant to the provisions of chapter 64 of Title 2C of the New Jersey StatutesĀ may be donated to the National Guard Militia Museum of New Jersey at Sea GirtĀ by the law enforcement agency retaining it.
