Statutes > New-jersey > Title-20 > Section-20-3 > 20-3-920:3-9. Process After the filing of the complaint, the condemnor shall issue and with due diligence, cause process to be served or published in accordance with the rules. Notice given and process served or published in accordance with the rules shall be effective to bind all condemnees.
