20:4-11.Ā Administration
In order to prevent unnecessary expense and duplication of functions, and toĀ promote uniform and effective administration of relocation assistance programsĀ for displaced persons, the commissioner may authorize any taking agency toĀ enter into contracts with any individual, firm, association or corporation forĀ services in connection with such programs, or may carry out its functions underĀ this act through any Federal or State agency or instrumentality having anĀ established organization for conducting relocation assistance programs.
