23:10-1.Ā Provisions of title enforced and penalties recovered in accordanceĀ with chapter
All provisions contained in this Title, in any law supplementary thereto andĀ in the State Fish and Game Code for the protection of fish, game and birds, orĀ in any manner prohibiting or regulating the taking or possession of the same,Ā shall, except as otherwise specifically provided, be enforced and all penaltiesĀ for the violations thereof shall be recovered in accordance with the provisionsĀ of this chapter.
