23:10-12.Ā  Incriminating testimony No person shall be excused from giving evidence in any proceeding under thisĀ  chapter, on the ground that it might tend to convict him or render him liableĀ  to prosecution hereunder, but such evidence shall not be received against himĀ  in any such prosecution.
