23:3-10.Ā Division's monthly return to state treasurer
On or before the twentieth day of each month the Division of Fish and Game shall send to the State Treasurer all fees received by it for licenses reportedĀ issued by clerks and agents during the preceding month.Ā The division shallĀ retain the original reports of the agents and clerks, also the spoiled licenseĀ blanks and corresponding buttons or tags until such time as the State AuditorĀ shall have made an audit of the account, and, thereafter, may destroy suchĀ reports and spoiled license blanks and corresponding buttons or tags.
