No person shall counterfeit a tag or seal issued by the board in accordanceĀ with sections 23:3-28 to 23:3-39 of this title and no tag or seal issued by theĀ board shall be affixed to the dead body of any game bird or animal notĀ propagated in accordance with said sections 23:3-28 to 23:3-39.
