23:4-51.  Robbing nests or taking eggs prohibited;  exception;  penalty    No person shall rob the nests or take or destroy the eggs of any wild bird other than the English sparrow, under a penalty of twenty dollars for each nest  robbed and each egg so removed or destroyed.
