Any person or persons who shall by threat, menace or force, or in any mannerĀ attempt to deter or prevent any fish warden or other person authorized to makeĀ arrests for violation of the fish laws in either state, from enforcing orĀ carrying into effect any provisions of this article, or who shall resist arrestĀ or the seizure of boats or nets illegally used, shall be subject to a fine ofĀ one hundred dollars.
