23:9-6.Ā  Manner and means of fishing for game fish;Ā  fine No person shall catch or fish for any game fish or any sunfish or any whiteĀ  or yellow perch in any part of the Delaware river above or below Trenton fallsĀ  with any device or by any means or method whatsoever, except with such devicesĀ  or by such means or method as shall be prescribed in the State Fish and GameĀ  Code, or if none are so prescribed, then except with rods and lines or handĀ  lines, commonly called dipsey or throw lines, each having not more than 9Ā  hooks, or with trolling lines with spoon or artificial bait having not moreĀ  than 3 burrs of 3 hooks attached.Ā  The number of rods and lines, or the numberĀ  of trolling lines shall not exceed such numbers as shall be prescribed in saidĀ  code, or if none are so prescribed, then they shall not exceed 2 of 1 or theĀ  other device named. Any person violating any provisions of this section shallĀ  be subject to a fine of $20.00.
