24:1-4.Ā Foods, drugs, etc., complying with Federal regulations
No food, drug, device, or cosmetic, which is established to the satisfactionĀ of the State Department to be subject to, and to comply with, regulationsĀ promulgated under the Federal Act shall be deemed to be in violation of thisĀ subtitle because of its failure to comply with regulations promulgatedĀ hereunder, insofar as the same are in conflict with the regulations under theĀ Federal Act.
