24:10-57.12.Ā Notification of violations;Ā prohibition of distribution and sale
The department, whenever it shall ascertain that milk, milk products or fluid milk products are produced for distribution or sale in violation of any of the provisions of this act, shall notify the local board having jurisdictionĀ of the place where such milk, milk products or fluid milk products areĀ distributed or sold, and the local board shall prohibit the distribution orĀ sale of such milk, milk products, or fluid milk products within itsĀ jurisdiction until such time as the department notifies the local board thatĀ the violation has been corrected.
