24:10-57.21.Ā Sanitary conditions;Ā health and habits of personnel
The general sanitary conditions of any dairy farm, milk plant or milk depotĀ and its immediate surroundings, the health of the dairy animals, the health andĀ habits of the personnel employed, and the methods, facilities and equipmentĀ used in the production, handling, collection, processing, transporting orĀ storage of milk, milk products and fluid milk products shall be such as toĀ insure a safe supply.
