24:10-57.4.Ā  Temporary or emergency permits The department may issue temporary or emergency permits for limited periodsĀ  or for limited quantities of milk or a particular fluid milk product and mayĀ  restrict such permits to a particular area or to a particular milk plant, inĀ  order that a sufficient supply of milk or fluid milk products shall always beĀ  available for the inhabitants of this State.
