24:10-73.12.Ā  Issuance of license;Ā  expiration Upon approval of the application for a license and of the sanitary conditionĀ  of the frozen dessert plant and upon payment of the required license fee, theĀ  department shall issue to each applicant a license or certificate ofĀ  registration which shall expire June 30 of each year.
