24:11A-13.Ā Repeal of conflicting acts;Ā saving clause
All acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofarĀ as they may be in conflict with this act.Ā If any clause, sentence, paragraph,Ā section or part of this act shall be adjudged by any court of competentĀ jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair orĀ invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to theĀ clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part thereof directly involved in theĀ controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.
