24:16B-21.Ā  Unauthorized entry of uninspected animals prohibited No primary licensee shall permit or allow any animal to enter into that areaĀ  of any licensed primary establishment wherein slaughtering or processing isĀ  conducted unless a duly authorized inspector has examined and inspected suchĀ  animal prior to the entry of such animal into that area.
