24:16B-31.Ā Handling, transporting and storing
The secretary shall cause to be made, from time to time, an examination andĀ inspection of the sanitary conditions existing in all licensed establishments,Ā warehouses, or transportation vehicles and the conditions under whichĀ carcasses, parts thereof, meat and meat food products are handled, transportedĀ or stored by licensees.Ā The board shall, by rule or regulation, prescribeĀ minimum standards with regard to the sanitary conditions existing in licensedĀ establishments or transport vehicles and the conditions under which carcasses,Ā parts thereof, meat and meat food products are handled, transported or storedĀ by licensees.
