24:21-44.  Study of penalties relating to use and possession of marihuana Within 1 year after the date the Federal Commission on Marihuana and Drug Abuse submits its report to the President and the United States Congress, the Legislature shall conduct a comprehensive study and review of the penalties established in this act concerning offenses relating to the use and possession of marihuana.
