24:5A-4.Ā Application of Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act No hazardous substance subject to and conforming with the Federal HazardousĀ Substances Labeling Act and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be deemedĀ to be in violation of this act and regulations promulgated hereunder.
