24:5-13.Ā  Use of wood or methyl alcohol prohibited;Ā  penalty No person shall sell or offer or expose for sale, or have in his possessionĀ  with intent to distribute or sell, any food, drug, cosmetic, preparation orĀ  mixture of any kind, intended for internal use, which contains methyl or woodĀ  alcohol;Ā  nor shall any person sell, or offer or expose for sale, or have inĀ  his possession with intent to distribute or sell, or use upon or apply to theĀ  body of another, any drug, hair tonic, bay rum or similar preparation, intendedĀ  for external use, which contains methyl or wood alcohol.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall beĀ  liable to a penalty of one hundred dollars for the first offense, two hundredĀ  dollars for the second offense, and three hundred dollars for the third andĀ  each subsequent offense.
