26:1A-45.Ā Hearing before whom;Ā rules
Whenever it is necessary for the Department of Health to hold any hearing orĀ to make any investigation, under any law or rule, the hearing may be held orĀ the examination be made by the direction of the commissioner, in accordanceĀ with such rules as he may prescribe.Ā The hearing or investigation may beĀ before the commissioner or a member of the department designated by him.Ā IfĀ before a member of the department so designated, he shall submit to theĀ commissioner the evidence taken by him, together with his recommendations.
