Whenever the termsĀ "State Director of Health," "Perth Amboy Port health officer"Ā andĀ "deputy Perth Amboy Port health officer"Ā occur or any referenceĀ is made to any of said terms, in any law, they, and each of them, shall beĀ deemed to mean or refer to the State Commissioner of Health as described inĀ this act.
