26:1A-67 - Powers and duties vested in State Department of Labor or State Commissioner of Labor not affected

26:1A-67.  Powers and duties vested in State Department of Labor or State Commissioner of Labor not affected The powers, duties and functions vested in the State Department of Health under the provisions of this act shall not be construed to affect in any manner  the powers, duties and functions vested in the State Department of Labor or the  State Commissioner of Labor under any other provisions of law.
