26:1A-77.Ā Transfer of funds and investments
The treasurer or custodian of the funds of each of the respective boards andĀ agencies enumerated in section four hereof shall, on the effective date hereof,Ā through the State Commissioner of Health, transfer to the State treasury allĀ funds and investments belonging to such board or agency.
