26:1A-87.Ā Pending actions or proceedings
This act shall not affect actions or proceedings, civil or criminal, broughtĀ by or against any of the respective boards or agencies enumerated in sectionĀ four of this act and pending on the effective date hereof, and such actions orĀ proceedings may be prosecuted or defended in the same manner and to the sameĀ effect by such board or agency as if the foregoing provisions had not takenĀ effect;Ā nor shall any of the foregoing provisions affect any order orĀ recommendation made by, or other matters or proceedings before, any of suchĀ respective boards or agencies, and all such matters and proceedings pendingĀ before any such board or agency on the effective date of this act shall beĀ continued before such board or agency.
