26:12-2.Ā Purpose
It is the purpose of this act to promote, protect and safeguard the health and well-being of the youth of the State attending day camps and resident campsĀ by providing for establishment of standards for the safe operation of suchĀ camps, thereby providing assurance to parents and interested citizens thatĀ youth camps meet minimum safety standards.
