26:12-7.  Duration of certificate;  provisional certificate Each certificate of approval shall be valid for a period of 1 year from the  date of issue.  The commissioner may issue a provisional certificate subject to  later approval by the commissioner, after inspection of the youth camp during  the period when the camp is operational.
