A license shall be issued to any person who has been conducting a blood bankĀ prior to the effective date of this act upon submission of a properly completedĀ application form and payment of an application fee of $25.00. Said licenseĀ shall be renewable as provided in this act and shall be subject to all theĀ provisions of this act.
