26:2D-52.Ā Failure to pay or file objections
If any affected operator of a nuclear electric generating facility, to whichĀ a statement for the amount assessed against it as provided in this act has beenĀ rendered, fails to pay the amount within 30 days, or fails to file with theĀ State Treasurer objections to the statement as provided herein, the StateĀ Treasurer shall proceed to collect the amount stated to be due, with legalĀ interest, by seizure and sale of any goods or chattels, including stocks,Ā securities, bank accounts, evidences of debt and accounts receivable belongingĀ to the affected operator of a nuclear electric generating facility anywhereĀ within the State.
