26:2D-7.Ā Promulgation of codes, rules or regulations
The commission shall have the power to formulate, adopt, promulgate, amend and repeal codes, rules and regulations as may be necessary to prohibit and prevent unnecessary radiationĀ in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.).
