26:2D-9.2.Ā Agreements with federal government or other states or agencies; performance of functions on co-operative basis
The department may (a) enter into agreements, subject to the approval of theĀ Governor, with the Federal Government, other States or interstate agencies toĀ perform inspections and other radiation protection functions on a co-operativeĀ basis with the Federal Government, other States or interstate agencies;Ā andĀ (b) subject to available appropriations, make its personnel available forĀ participation in training programs of the Federal Government and otherwiseĀ secure assistance from the Federal Government to maintain and improve theĀ department's administration of this act.
