26:2J-21.Ā Regulation
The commissioner may, upon notice and hearing, promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, as are necessary or proper to carry out the provisions of thisĀ act.Ā Where applicable, such rules and regulations shall be promulgated afterĀ consultation with the Commissioner of Insurance.Ā Such rules and regulationsĀ shall specify those determinations in this act which are to be made by theĀ Commissioner of Insurance and shall be subject to review in accordance with theĀ Administrative Procedure Act, P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.).
