26:2J-30.Ā Severability
If any section, term, or provision of this act shall be adjudged invalid forĀ any reason, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate any otherĀ section, term, or provision of this act, but the remaining sections, terms, andĀ provisions shall be and remain in full force and effect.
